The Komptech Metalfex Separator is a mobile non-ferrous metal separator designed to recover valuable materials from recycling streams. Utilizing an eddy current separator with eccentric pole system, the Metalfex efficiently separates non-ferrous metals such as aluminium from mixed waste streams and shredder output.

The machine integrates an intake conveyor, magnet for ferrous metals, and advanced separation technology to produce a clean cleaned fraction ready for further processing. Available in two-axle trailer and compact hook lift configurations, the separator offers excellent mobility and flexibility for recycling operations.

Designed to process shredded waste wood, bulk waste, and household waste, the Metalfex uses electrically powered systems supported by an on-board diesel generator. The combination of magnet systems, conveyor technology, and efficient sorting capability helps operators recover valuable raw materials while improving recycling efficiency.
