The 76,360-lb. Sandvik QE440 scalping screen boasts 40% more screening surface than its little brother, the Sandvik QE340, with scalping surface that's 18 ft. x 6 ft./16 ft. 5 ins. x 6 ft. Because the QE440 can produce up to 992 stph, conveyors are wider and positioned higher to create larger stockpiles.
